Lived here for a year. Pros: maintenance issues were addressed promptly. Building was filled with friendly people and Yuppies. Zuzana, the building manager, responded to emails quickly. Cons: elevator broke about once every 2-3 weeks, but most people took the stairs. Overall, would live here again if I could.

My boyfriend and I were extremely lucky to find this place. We almost moved into the worst apartment complex in the West End of Hartford so glad we didn’t I chose this place. Not only are they attentive of what you are looking for but they are conveniently located close to everything. You can walk, jog, and feel safe doing it.
